St. Joseph's School both reflects and promotes the ideals of the founder of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Mary MacKillop.

We provide a primary education for students from the ages of five to thirteen. We aim to provide a rich and varied learning program that focuses on individual achievement and excellence. St. Joseph's School is a place where God's love and compassion is revealed in an ecuminical context. In partnership with parents, we encourage a sense of love, respect and excellence in all things, so that each child may develop their full potential.

The spirit of our community, both within the classroom and out, can be summed up by the school motto:

Enrolment includes both Catholic and non-Catholic students. Included are students of many other Christian denominations.
